We are not a fan of these investments. We have published a website http://careroominvest.co.uk/ which covers care rooms and hotel rooms. It lists our principal concerns. We advise prospective investors who are considering investing in one of these products to contact us BEFORE they invest. The investment level is typically £50,000 minimum so it is a lot of money to risk on a poor investment.
StratXMarkets is a binary options scam. We are working with investors in StratXMarkets to trace their funds and recover them, either from the company itself or from those who assisted the company in perpetrating the scam. We have published an information page at http://binaryscams.net/1_5_stratxmarkets.html
If you are an investor in StratXMarkets or any other binary options company please contact us.
Binary Options, along with digital currency scams, have become the latest major scam trend. There are literally hundreds of binary options scam companies operating at the moment, many of them incorporated in the most obscure and secretive locations. We have published an information site http://binaryscams.net/ for investors in these products.
Please be warned – there has been a recent surge in the number of recovery room scams associated with binary options. These are sites which claim to be run by reformed binary options traders who have moved over from the dark side to help investors recover their money. In many, many cases they are simply scam sites which will charge you a lot of money and deliver very little. We know of one client who was told that his initial fee for their assistance would be £25,000. When he said that he couldn’t afford that it was eventually reduced to £5,000. Thankfully he still turned them down.
SOS has been acting on behalf of investors in St Helier Capital Management Ltd. This company is another one run by Simon Whittley (see our Win River Developments blog). We have published an information website http://www.stheliercapital.com/ for investors.
One of the SOS clients has now been promised a refund from Simon Whittley. Another investor, aged 89, has not. This client should never have been sold the investment in the first place. We continue to fight for St Helier Capital Management investors and if you have invested in this company please contact us.
SOS has successfully recovered a client’s investment in OurSpace. OurSpace sells virtual workspaces using a business model very similar to Bar Works Inc, the disgraced workspace Ponzi Scheme which collapsed in 2017 leaving workspace owners with losses of more than $36 million.
SOS has published an information website http://ourspace.info/ for investors. We urge any concerned OurSpace investors to contact us. We are currently pursuing refunds for other investors.
An SOS review of a client’s documentation concerning an investment into a fixed-term bond issued by Westway Holdings Ltd resulted in her having the information she needed to confront the company and obtain a refund of her investment. She has since asked SOS to review another proposed investment BEFORE she invests. This is a very sensible move to avoid potential heartache in the future.

Safe Or Scam successfully recovered investments made into Win River Developments Ltd for its clients. This company is owned and managed by Simon Whittley who has a history of defaulting on payments to investors, see http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/investing/article-3493079/Bad-news-horizon-investors-Highgrove-Osprey-8-25-bond-company-served-winding-petition.html. Note the comments at the bottom of the post from long-suffering investors.
The Win River Information Memorandum on which investors based their decision to invest contained false information and key facts which would have affected an investor’s decision to invest were omitted. Any investors who are unhappy with their investment into Win River Developments should contact us as soon as possible. We have serious concerns over this investment.

SOS is working with investors on a recovery action for the return of their investments in European Property Coin / Clear View Trading. We have published a website for investors http://europeanpropertycoin.club/.
The website contains a lot of information on the investment and will be added to as more evidence comes to light. We are recommending EPC investors contact us and also report their investment details to Action Fraud via their website https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report-a-fraud-including-online-crime-questions.
