I&L Recoveries Ltd Scam.

We are warning investors of a new scam company and website linked to Britena Clarke of the Insolvency & Law Ltd scam.

I&L Recoveries Ltd was formed on 1st November 2023 a few weeks after the bank account of Insolvency & Law Ltd was frozen by the Co-Operative Bank. Insolvency & Law Ltd is under investigation. The new ilrecoveries.co.uk website is currently under construction, but the template can be viewed online (at the moment) and is almost identical to the Insolvency & Law Ltd website. When one scam closes the perpetrators just start another one.

Insolvency & Law Ltd had a reputation for over-charging clients on costs and we have no doubt that Britena Clarke will be carrying on with that philosophy. The contracts clients entered into with Insolvency & Law Ltd were shocking and allowed the company to keep as much of the debt as possible for itself. We are certain that Britena Clarke’s new company will use the same contracts and will follow the same model. All money collected will be paid to I&L Recoveries Ltd. Once it has the client’s debt the unspecified costs allowed for in the contract will be inflated and there is little the client can do to dispute them.
