SOS has been acting on behalf of investors in St Helier Capital Management Ltd. This company is another one run by Simon Whittley (see our Win River Developments blog). We have published an information website http://www.stheliercapital.com/ for investors.

One of the SOS clients has now been promised a refund from Simon Whittley. Another investor, aged 89, has not. This client should never have been sold the investment in the first place. We continue to fight for St Helier Capital Management investors and if you have invested in this company please contact us.
